ENH SF6 electron frame needle loom is a newly developed machine, for producing shock absorbing lanyards of the thickness within 2~4.5mm. The shedding levers are large opening than the KDN SF electron frame needle loom. Width ranges within 85mm, and the weft density by electronic control.

Shock absorbing lanyards, tie back lanyard, harness lanyard, safety harness.
Features
- 16 pieces shedding frame, the first 6 are controlled by servo motor, enable to adjust the shed lift freely, unlimited cycle, program the organization. The rest of the shedding frames are high shed lift for easy adjustment to produce.
- The shedding levers are large opening to meet the requirements of thickness belt.
- Material of reed arm adopts forging aluminum.
- Weft yarn feeding device controlled by servo motor to increase the stability.
- The take-off by DC servo device, and the double-roller is used to smoothly pull out the heavy finished product.
- New tension control device can improve the yarn sending.
- Electronic lubrication system, PLC setting can control oil supplies and regulation.
- Weaving syestem 1 and 3 can be woven.
