Spare Parts Of Model Function
Spare parts of heat cutter using for polyester, pp material. And the cold cutter using for nylon or cotton. Ultrasonic waves cannot be used for products containing more than 30% cotton.

Cutting And Folding Machine Temperature Control
- Normally the temperature of molds are 200°C, depends on the materials of labels.
- Fold temperature normally under 200°C.
- Heat cutter operate at 400°C and the cold cutter under 200°C.
- Iron temperature don’t operate over 100°C ,it will be melt down the label when the machine stop.
