Operating Principle｜Shuttleless Weaving × Belt Drive

The KYF narrow fabric needle loom operates on the shuttleless weaving principle, where the weft yarn is inserted into the warp shed by a weft needle, eliminating the need for a heavy shuttle and ensuring stable, low-vibration high-speed performance. Powered by a belt-driven transmission system, the machine allows tension and parameter adjustments during operation without stopping. During weaving, the warp is separated by heddle frames to form the shed, the weft needle inserts the yarn, and the beat-up mechanism packs it firmly at the fabric fell, ensuring consistent density and strength. With a reinforced frame and precision components, KYF looms are designed for continuous heavy-duty production, making them ideal for seat belts, lifting slings, sofa webbings, and a wide range of industrial narrow fabrics.
