According to different load density with webbing thickness, KY design three types of heavy narrow fabric weaving loom machine. The needle looms can produce thickness with max to 8mm, like common lifting slings, ratchet straps, lashing straps, winch strap, etc.

Heavy webbing, sling, lifting slings, seat belt, pattern webbing, truck straps, winch strap, trailer strap, tow straps, duty ratchet, and other heavy duty straps.
Model Summary
NDM heavy narrow fabric weaving loom machine that the opening of shedding frame is increased for weaving thick, heavy duty tape, capable of weaving 3mm~5mm thick tape, max thickness to 5mm. Products application in ratchet straps, trailer straps, safety belt, army belt.
HTM heavy narrow fabric weaving loom machine can weave 5mm~6mm thick tape, max thickness to 6mm. HTM model that weft yarn to the original package belt fed automatic weft yarn feeding device. And HTM model prevents the weft shrinkage, increase the file weft needle devices. The product application in lifting slings, ratchet straps, trailer straps.
